Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of guts-casino, accessible exclusively via guts-nz.com. Please read them carefully before using our services. Effective date: 6 November 2025.
Definitions

Account Registration
- Eligibility: Only individuals aged 18 years or older and legally permitted under New Zealand law may register an account on guts-nz.com.
Legal Obligation: The Operator reserves the right to require proof of age and identity at any time and to restrict access to underage users. - Account Creation Process:
- Users must complete the online registration form with accurate, current personal details (including name, address, date of birth, contact information).
- All accounts are subject to email verification. Activation links will be sent to the registered address.
- Users may be required to submit KYC documents (e.g., government-issued ID, proof of address, payment method verification) before deposits, withdrawals, or play.
- User Obligations:
- Users are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information provided. False or misleading data may result in account suspension or closure.
- Account credentials (username, password) must be kept confidential. Users are liable for all actions taken under their account.
- Each User may register only one account. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of funds.

Betting & Gameplay Rules
- Placing Bets:
- All bets must be placed via the User's registered account at guts-nz.com using approved payment methods.
- Minimum and maximum bet amounts are specified per game and are subject to change at the Operator's discretion.
- Bets are only valid once confirmed by the system. Users are responsible for reviewing bet details before confirmation.
- Cancellation & Modification:
- Once a bet is placed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or modified except in cases of technical error or at the Operator's sole discretion.
- Live Casino & Chat Conduct:
- Users must adhere to standards of respectful behaviour. Insults, abusive language, harassment, or discriminatory remarks are strictly prohibited.
- Cheating, collusion, or any form of fraudulent activity is forbidden and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.
- The Operator reserves the right to monitor chats and take disciplinary action where necessary.
Bonus Terms
- Bonus Activation & Wagering:
- Bonuses are available only to eligible and fully verified Users.
- To activate a bonus, Users must follow the specific instructions outlined in each promotion (e.g., opt-in, deposit requirements).
- Wagering requirements (e.g., 35x bonus amount) must be met within the stated timeframe (unless otherwise specified, within 30 days of activation in 2025).
- Prohibited Games & Actions:

- Abuse of bonuses (e.g., using multiple accounts, minimal risk betting, or exploiting loopholes) is strictly prohibited.
- Combination of Promotions:
- Unless expressly stated, bonuses cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.
- Only one active bonus can be held at any time per User.
- Operator Rights:
- The Operator may modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, subject to prior notice where legally required.
- In cases of suspected bonus abuse or violation of terms, bonuses and winnings may be withheld or cancelled.

Payments & Withdrawals
- Accepted Methods:

- Deposits are generally credited instantly; withdrawals are processed within 24-72 hours following successful KYC verification.
- Verification & Security:

- Refunds & Reversals:
- Refunds of deposited or wagered funds are granted only in cases of technical error, unauthorized transaction, or as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

- Maximum Compensation:
- The Operator's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount of the bet or wager placed by the User relating to the incident.
- No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Intellectual Property Rights
- All content, software, and trademarks on guts-nz.com are the exclusive property of Betsson Group Ltd or its licensors.

- Any unauthorized use may result in legal action and termination of account access.
Privacy & Data Protection
All personal data is processed in accordance with the guts-casino Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. By using guts-nz.com, Users consent to data processing as outlined therein. Users have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal information as provided by law.
Changes to Terms
- Notification:
- guts-casino may amend these Terms at any time to reflect changes in law, industry standards, or operational requirements.
- Users will be notified of material changes via email and/or prominent banner notices on guts-nz.com.
- User Options:
- Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Termination & Suspension
- Grounds for Termination/Suspension:
- Accounts may be suspended or closed for breach of Terms, fraudulent activity, failure to meet eligibility criteria, or at the User's request.
- Procedure:
- The Operator will notify Users by email of account suspension or closure and state the reason(s) for such action.
- Upon closure, funds remaining in the account (excluding bonuses or winnings forfeited due to breach) will be returned to the User after final verification checks.
- In cases of fraud or serious violation, winnings may be withheld, and relevant authorities may be notified.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta, as the jurisdiction of the Operator's license, subject to mandatory provisions of New Zealand law applicable to NZ Users.
- Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be addressed via the Operator's internal complaints process. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration in Malta or to the competent NZ courts, as required by consumer law.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory rights available to Users under NZ law.
